Why show me places with no pets allowed & I clearly stated dogs as an option?????
So, I've forgotten my password and every time I try to do the forgot my password, it tells me it's link to my Facebook, well there is no connect to Facebook options and even then me just putting in my password from Facebook, it still isn't going through... I feel it'll be best to just be able to reset your password
Clunky and not user friendly. Filters not restrictive enough.
Not Displaying Any Properties No matter what is selected or what location I try to search...there are zero results. I've changed the options to all possible combinations & zero search results. I'm receiving notifications that there 16 properties that I might be interested in, however, if I click the notification & once it loads the app...nothing appears, zero property listings I'm not sure exactly when this first started but it's probably been approximately 1-2 weeks ago

Went to rent a place from MainStreet I was supposed to meet a representative of theirs to view a place he was 50 minutes late told me there was no vacancies in that building and took me to a dump to try and upcharge me another $60 on rent and very disappointed now I will delete zumper as I don't go for the bait and switch!

I tried to contact a rental but because I couldn't remember my password it wouldn't let me. You also need current password to change it. There is no forgot password option. I cannot use this service. Absolute waste of my time. Most rentals want you to email, send messages or fill out apps but won't go through with out password
I have a lot of idea to improve your app. The listing is ok but the message system is terrible. Very disorganized
